With over twenty years UK and Uganda, Patrick is currently the Deputy Project Manager at Namanve Industrial Park. He has been involved in both client and contractor environments in the delivery of mega, complex and iconic infrastructure programmes like London 2012 Olympics, High Speed 2, Crossrail, Crossrail, Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL) and Oil and gas developments.
Chartered Surveyor and procurement and contracts expert specialising in large capital construction projects. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and led negotiations on complex construction contracts, concession and framework agreements. He was the Head of Commercial Strategy at UK Parliament and worked on mega and complex projects like London 2012 Olympics, Crossrail and High Speed 2 projects in the UK. Notably, Kuda is regularly consulted by the World Bank and projects in the Middle East as a procurement expert.

Engineer roles in Uganda. He has been involved in the delivery of mega and

Thames Tideway Tunnels and various Highway England projects.
Chartered Surveyor and with over 20 years construction and commercial management experience in the UK and Middle East in the following sectors; museums, infrastructure, real estate, education, hotels & hospitality, commercial offices, shopping malls, hospitals & healthcare, cultural assets. Patrick is an expert in managing all commercial aspects of the full project and EPC lifecycle. He is an expert in FIDIC contracts and other forms of contracts
