PM Excellence staff were involved in providing project management and project controls expertise for the enabling works, construction of the Olympic stadium, sports venues, Olympic park and the legacy transformation works.
PM Excellence in partnership with BBW are the Employer’s Representative(ER) for UIA. PM Excellence is providing the project management and project controls expertise required to successfully deliver this project.
PM Excellence developed the integrated project controls office, defining and developing all structures, implementation, processes and systems including Power BI performance reporting.
PM Excellence provided project controls services in the tendering and successful bid for a contractor to undertake the design and construction of 574Km of track systems from London to Birmingham.
PM Excellence staff provided project control services in the construction of Crossrail project in London (now Elizabeth Line). The scope included 12km twin bored 7m diameter rail tunnels, 4 shafts and portals, utilities, marine and berthing facilities.
PM Excellence staff provided project management and project controls services in the construction of London’s super sewer; a 25km long and 7.2m wide tunnel, 67m deep running west to east London. It also included the construction of shafts, pumping stations and overground developments.
PM Excellence was invited by the PS Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development & Public Works to undertake a training needs assessment of Kenya Roads Board(KRB), Kenya Institute of Highways & Building Technology(KIHBT), Engineers Board of Kenya(EBK), Kenya Rural Roads Authority, Kenya Urban Roads Authority(KURA), Kenya National Highways Authority(KENHA) and Materials Testing & Research Division.
